NewRosetta processes data provided by clients globally, maintaining a commitment to compliance with data privacy regulations, such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Data protection and security remain top priorities, with NewRosetta continually enhancing its technology and compliance framework to safeguard client and user data.

As a PCI Level 1 service provider, NewRosetta adheres to the highest standards of data security, undergoing regular audits, including SOC 2, Type 2 assessments, to ensure all systems and processes are secure.

To support the functionality of CIDV, Lexicon AI, and other NewRosetta services, NewRosetta may engage select subcontractors to perform specific processing tasks. Each subcontractor is chosen based on their compliance with NewRosetta’s strict data protection and security standards. NewRosetta retains control over access to its information systems infrastructure for hosting services, with infrastructure and data centers based in the United States. The above subcontractors are integral to supporting NewRosetta’s CIDV and Lexicon AI operations in providing secure and compliant services.
