About the Role

As an Engineering - Technical Project Manager, you will be the bridge between our engineering team and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products and features. You will leverage your SaaS experience to manage complex projects, streamline workflows, and communicate effectively across teams. Your ability to organize, prioritize, and execute will be key to driving the success of our engineering initiatives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of technical projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, timelines, and status reports.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may affect project success.

  • Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and team stand-ups, ensuring Agile principles are applied effectively.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure alignment throughout project execution.

  • Drive process improvements to optimize team productivity and scalability.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, updates, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years in a SaaS environment.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and execute them effectively.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Preferred: Certification in PMP, ScrumMaster, or other project management frameworks is a plus.
